And it does this to such an extent, that eventually, it can only look like itself. Floating out onto the waters of Hong Kong has many different experiences. Some time in the 1990′s the Dolphins showed up in the water as pink instead of a blue grey. There is a tour that will take you out to see these Dolphins and you will be amazed at how pink they really are. There is a company called Hong Kong Dolphinwatch that has a good sight success rate. So far, scientists don’t know why these beautiful mammals are pink. There is a theory that they lost their natural camouflage because they don’t have the threat of natural predators. In other words, there are not sharks in these waters. This is a fantastic sight to see if you get the chance to grab a tour. Another really experience with the harbor is to have dinner and then take a night cruise. There is a tour that starts with an excellent dinner at the Revolving 66 Restaurant and then ends up on a night cruise of the harbor. This is an amazing experience. The restaurant is located on the 62ND floor of the cities tallest building. They have a great buffet dinner with all kinds of foods available. As one is eating dinner they can see the whole city make its transition from bright shinny day, into soft evening with sunset and then watch it light up with city lights as it moves into night. That is when it is time to head to the harbor. There going to power up the boat, get you a cocktail and then head out for a beautiful drift through the harbor. The city lights are spectacular and on gets twice the fun as they cast their brilliant shadows onto the water. It is just amazing.
