The Republic of the Rio Grande Capitol Building Museum is a good place to start. The offer some guided tours for kids and adults all year. If you are in charge of entertaining a group of co workers you should talk to them about group activities. They have restored some of the rooms of the old capitol building including kitchen, bedroom, office and sitting area. The staff is qualified to take visitors on walking tours of the city including some of the many historical buildings still standing.
